My Background and Approach
I have years of experience working with teens, adults, couples and families. As well, I conduct seminars and groups for a range of topics including self-empowerment, parenting and relational communication. I come from a place of helping, not hindering; empowering, not enabling. I truly believe that we are the expert of our own lives and simply need assistance at times unleashing what we already possess.
