About My Clients
I work with folks navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, the “invisible stuff”, long-standing patterns that leave you feeling exhausted or overwhelmed. If you’ve felt dismissed or unsure where your symptoms end and you begin, you’re in the right place. I work with self-pay clients who value privacy, flexibility. Sessions are offered via telehealth only. If you’re looking for therapy that feels supportive, honest, and attuned to your needs, I’d be glad to connect.
My Background and Approach
My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I blend somatic-oriented care to help you reconnect with your body safely, DBT for building calm, clarity, and emotional regulation, and person-centered, strengths-based work where your story leads the way. Everything I do is trauma-informed and paced with intention, no pressure, no rushing, just steady support that meets you where you are. I’m also working toward my certification in IFS, adding even more depth to understanding your inner world. My goal is simple: to offer tools, insight, and a grounded presence so you can feel more like yourself again, even when life feels messy or overwhelming.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m committed to anti-racism and use a social justice lens in my work. I know no space is perfectly “safe,” but I aim to create a brave one—where you can show up fully and know I’m doing my own unlearning through supervision, consultation, and ongoing training. As a white, straight, cis woman, my commitment to anti-racism, challenging dominant cultural norms, and supporting collective liberation is both personal and professional. Therapy with me is a space to explore identity, heal, and make sense of your world. Outside of sessions, you’ll find me hanging with my husband and our cat (Karl/Bubs), watching Bravo, or hunting down the best gluten-free spots in town.
