About My Clients
Individuals and families face hardships like never before. Some of you may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, and anger. Others of you may have a teenager who’s having difficulties in school or who's wrestling with mental and emotional distress. Or maybe you’re having challenges as a couple and want to work things out. As a mental health counselor, I offer therapy to individuals, families, and couples who are dealing with various issues such as these.

Whether you are looking to talk to a therapist for the first time or you've seen a therapist in the past and are looking to start therapy again, I can help. My approach to counseling is based on the core values of respect, empathy, and empowerment. I respect each client as a unique individual, and honor their strengths and goals. I empathize with their feelings and experiences, and provide a safe and supportive space to express themselves. I help them to identify their challenges, explore their options, and develop a personalized plan of action. I will help guild you through the healing process by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychotherapy, Family/Marital Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person I work with is important and has specific goals, needs, and wants that are unique to them and the situations they are dealing with. I know how difficult it can be to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health related issues. I also know it can be helpful to have someone who listens and understands. I believe that mental health is a vital aspect in achieving well-being, balance, and peace and that everyone deserves to receive compassionate care.
