I provide a warm, affirming space where we can explore life’s challenges together—whether you’re navigating stress, overthinking, difficult relationships, past trauma, breakups, family struggles, anxiety, career stress, or self-esteem concerns. Using an eclectic approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Whether you need to shift thought patterns, build emotional resilience, improve relationships, or develop healthier coping strategies, we’ll create a path that works for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe that therapy is my life’s work, and I’m honored to hold space for others on their healing journeys. My background includes working in non-profit advocacy with adolescent survivors of sexual abuse and trauma, as well as supporting college students navigating unique challenges as they work toward their goals. These experiences have deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, affirming, and transformative care. As a queer-identified, Black woman and devoted dog mom, I understand the importance of finding a therapist who truly sees you. I also look forward to mentoring and supervising pre-licensed clinicians who are working toward licensure and seeking guidance in their clinical growth.
