About My Clients

I’m passionate about helping people manage stress, work through anxiety and depression, and adapt to life’s inevitable changes. Whether you're facing everyday challenges or living with more persistent mental health and/or substance use concerns, I create a space where you can feel seen, respected, and empowered to live as fully and authentically as possible.
My Background and Approach
I offer a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that balances empathy with honesty. I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion, but I’ll also be direct when it matters—because your growth deserves both support and truth. I have experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental health disorders such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, select personality disorders, bipolar disorder, other disorders such as anxiety and depression, substance use disorders. I also have past experience working in hospice and have walked alongside people facing death/dying and families coping with grief/loss. I have case management experience and am resourceful when it comes to referrals and navigating different tools available. I also work with people who simply want to work on coping with stress and significant life changes, to become the best version of themselves. I believe in being blunt and honest, while also maintaining kindness and compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have spiritual beliefs related to there being a Higher Power than can provide hope, strength, grace, love, guidance. Meditation is also incorporated into these beliefs. As a person in recovery, I work to help others in recovery whether that be through service work or meaningful conversations. I believe in honesty, hard-work, humor, consistency, advocating for myself and for others, resiliency, discipline, empathy.
