My Background and Approach
Over the years, I’ve helped clients navigate anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you’re questioning who you are, recovering from people-pleasing, or just feeling stuck, I offer a grounded, supportive space to help you sort through it. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care to help you build emotional insight, develop practical tools, and reconnect with your sense of self. We’ll explore what’s been holding you back, and work toward feeling more confident, clear, and in control of your life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to what you need most.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully seen. I don’t think people are “broken”—I think we’ve adapted to pain in the only ways we knew how. But I also believe we can unlearn those patterns, reconnect with our true selves, and live more empowered, authentic lives. As a woman of color and a highly intuitive person, I know what it’s like to carry the weight of expectations, anxiety, and self-doubt. Through my own growth and my work with clients, I’ve seen how clarity, boundaries, and emotional tools can transform everything. I believe in therapy that’s compassionate, honest, and rooted in justice. I honor all identities and actively support BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent communities. I also believe Beyoncé is a Leo for a reason—and that rest is sacred, not a reward. If any of this resonates, I’d be honored to walk with you on your healing journey.
