About My Clients
I help individuals facing anxiety, trauma, depression, low self-worth, life transitions, and burnout. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Whether you're a young adult, a caregiver, or someone seeking deeper healing, I offer a safe and supportive space for growth. I work well with those who value compassion, reflection, and a holistic, faith-integrated approach to therapy. You're not alone, I'm here to walk with you.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed mental health counselor with years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-worth, life transitions, and identity concerns. As a trauma survivor of war, I understand the deep emotional work required to heal and grow. I use evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and person-centered approaches, to support lasting change. I also offer faith-integrated counseling for those seeking spiritual support alongside emotional healing. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and values. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking clarity and growth, I offer a safe and respectful space where your story truly matters. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your resilience, restore your confidence, and help you move forward with purpose and hope.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a trauma survivor, immigrant, and mental health advocate, I’m deeply committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit and the power of compassion, faith, and community in the healing process. I support culturally responsive care, mental health equity, and breaking the stigma around therapy, especially in underserved and faith-based communities. I’m passionate about working with individuals from diverse racial, ethnic, and spiritual backgrounds, including those navigating identity-related challenges. I also support youth development, suicide prevention, and trauma recovery initiatives. As an active church leader and father, I believe in leading with empathy and purpose, values that guide both my personal life and clinical work. My mission is to help others heal deeply, grow authentically, and thrive with confidence.
