You've already taken the first step in the right direction. My 7 years of experience has helped me develop specific skills to address various needs. I provide a warm, structured, therapeutic environment creating a "safe space" for my clients to authentically be themselves while addressing their challenges.
My Background and Approach
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for teens and adults (ages 13 and up) who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life stressors, or trauma. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change. I believe that each person’s journey is unique, so I work collaboratively to identify goals, explore patterns, and build on strengths in a way that feels safe and empowering. For those impacted by trauma, I use a gentle, trauma-informed approach that emphasizes safety, resilience, and healing at a pace that works for you. Together, we focus on improving emotional well-being, restoring balance, and equipping you with practical tools to manage life’s challenges with confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in practicing with honesty, compassion, and integrity, and I value creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard and supported. My work is guided by strong moral principles and a commitment to doing what is best for those I serve. Outside of my practice, I am actively involved in my community through volunteering and outreach, as I believe in giving back and supporting others beyond the therapy room.
