About My Clients
I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, performance pressure, burnout, and the challenge of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative and rooted in both cognitive and mind-body techniques. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, patterns, and behaviors that may be holding you back or getting the in way of your goals. I incorporate mindfulness to help you stay grounded in the present moment, rather than feeling stuck in the past or future. From there, we’ll identify practical strategies to interrupt unhelpful patterns and build new ways of thinking and coping. Because stress and anxiety often show up physically, I also integrate mind-body awareness practices to help you recognize and shift these responses. This work can be especially helpful if you’re dealing with chronic pain, migraines, muscle tension, sleep issues, or poor recovery. The goal is to create sustainable changes that support both your mental and physical well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know that it can be difficult to reach out for help but I believe that is often times the first step toward being the version of yourself you want to become. Therapy is undoubtedly difficult, but it can also be an opportunity to better know yourself, feel empowered, and have a safe place where you can exhale. I am honored to support you on that journey. I also care deeply about whole-person wellness—mind and body are connected, and I integrate that in my work.
