My Background and Approach
I am equipped to provide services to a wide variety of populations across different ages, backgrounds, and with all stages of life! As a social worker, I bring 8 years of experience in working in social services with the homeless, refugees, veterans, foster children, and youth who are in juvenile justice programs. Most recently I have been gaining clinical experience through working with hospice and geriatric patients in a long-term care setting. I have experience conducting group therapy with teens and their families as well as mentoring young girls in health, education, and independence. I earned my bachelor’s and masters of Social Work with a focus on children and families from the University of Texas at Arlington.
