You might be reaching out for counseling because you want, your child to process and explore their emotions in a safe space, your child to heal from divorce, loss, or other hurt in their world, to be able to process your unsolved adult or childhood trauma experiences, to build a healthy relationship with yourself and/or loved ones, or to learn coping skills to help with daily life stressors. My Background and Approach
You might be reaching out for counseling because you want, your child to process and explore their emotions in a safe space, your child to heal from divorce, loss, or other hurt in their world, to be able to process your unsolved adult or childhood trauma experiences, to build a healthy relationship with yourself and/or loved ones, or to learn coping skills to help with daily life stressors. Regardless of your why, I am happy to be considered. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and finding the treatment modality that meets their needs. I have extensive training in Play Therapy, Animal Assisted Therapy, Sandtray and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). All of these treatment modalities have been proven to help individuals in a variety of different ways.

Reaching out can be challenging and come with a wave of emotions. You're not alone in this. I pride myself in multicultural counseling, my allyship with the LGBTQ+ community, and helping the neurodivergent. Mental health is for all.
