About My Clients
Feeling stressed out, burnt out, or anxious? I specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety and depressive symptoms, burnout, and relationship issues. I have extensive experience working with childhood trauma and family systems. Psychotherapy can provide emotional support, enhanced coping skills, and personal growth. If you'd like to feel more hopeful, set better boundaries, and improve the relationship with yourself and others, my goal is to give you the tools to do just that.
My Background and Approach
I utilize Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness. I offer ways to stop avoiding emotions and find ways to change your relationship to them. Mindfulness strategies also allow us to stay connected to the present moment and build a more meaningful life. I am here to help. Therapy is a non-judgmental place. I offer online sessions only. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe anyone has the capacity to change if we are given the tools. Sometimes it just starts with awareness that we may need to approach life a little differently. I think most of people's behaviors are learned and it takes consistent effort to change the way you behave and think in order to be the person you want to be in this world.
