My passion lies in supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, overextended, and disconnected from their true selves. I specialize in working with women who are high-achieving yet silently struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout. These patterns often begin as coping mechanisms and slowly evolve into barriers that keep you stuck in a cycle of stress, self-doubt, and exhaustion. Together, we will uncover the beliefs, fears, and experiences that have shaped your current challenges and begin to rewrite the internal narratives that no longer serve you. My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and holistic, blending evidence-based modalities with mindfulness, self-compassion, and nervous system regulation tools.
