Whether it's vaping, drinking, or other habits that feel out of control, addiction can be scary and isolating—especially for teens. I offer a nonjudgmental space to talk about what’s really going on beneath the surface. Recovery isn’t about shame; it’s about understanding, support, and building a life you don’t want to escape from.

I use play therapy to help teens express emotions they may not yet have words for. Through creative and interactive techniques, I create a safe space where young clients can explore their inner world, build trust, and develop coping skills. Play therapy is especially powerful for teens who struggle to open up in traditional talk therapy settings.

CBT is one of my core approaches for treating anxiety and depression in teens. I help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop healthier ways of thinking, and build practical strategies for managing overwhelming emotions. CBT empowers teens to take control of their mental health with tools they can use every day.

I specialize in working with teens who are navigating substance use, vaping, or behavioral addictions. My approach is compassionate and nonjudgmental, focusing on the underlying emotional pain that often drives addictive behaviors. I help teens build resilience, self-awareness, and a sense of purpose beyond their struggles.
