At Anxious Black Girls supports high-performing Black Women who desire, fulfillment outside of their professional lives. If you're feeling anxious about pursuing life & relationship goals and worry that you may never be able to create a truly balanced life, we help you address these concerns and reduce your anxiety so you can feel confident not only about your career, but in your ability to find love & relationships and to go after your life goals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I chose this work because this is my lived experience. After leaving a unhealthy relationship of six years, I rebuilt my life, took control of my anxiety and placed myself at the center of my healing. Through consistent internal processing and self care, I am able to not only experience happiness in my career, but also in love, relationships, family life, and in my personal goals. I help my clients break through their fears, uncover unhealthy narratives that are barriers to their healing and develop a plan to meet their goals. I look forward to helping you work through this process!
