I’m Deseray Wilson, and I'm the force behind Black Women who prioritize their mental health, conquer anxiety, and heal so they can call in love and relationships that honor who they are. To begin the process of healing, we'll explore your unhealthy narratives, negative self talk, and how you’re showing up in your relationships. We'll get to the root of your anxiety, and teach you how to reduce it’s impact so you can think clearly, and show up as the best version of yourself.
