I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Reality Therapy to help clients understand the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also focusing on the choices and actions that can create real change in daily life. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in the realities my clients face—whether that involves navigating symptoms, rebuilding routines, strengthening coping skills, or reconnecting with a sense of agency.
