About My Clients
I provide integrated and collaborative therapy for individuals, couples, and families--nuclear, extended, and blended--and work with adolescents and children in tandem with their families, in an effort to create dynamic and fulfilling lives and relationships. Through a client-led approach, I aim to help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, affairs, divorce, and grief. I work with those moving through difficult life transitions, stress, family conflict, and troubled adolescents and children.
My Background and Approach

As a therapist, I strive to help you grow so that you may achieve your most authentic self and accomplish your life and relationship goals. I offer a safe, genuine, and calm environment where we can walk together towards health, healing, and happiness. Having seen how powerful and life-changing therapy can be first-hand, I hold hope for my clients in the possibility of change and a better tomorrow. With experience and wisdom, I guide clients towards their goals, always with an aim to gain productive coping skills, lessen the grips of anxiety, depression, and stress, and achieving more satisfying family dynamics and roles. Within therapy, I have helped many people--from a single individual to large families--change stuck patterns of behavior, overcome seemingly impossible challenges, and navigate through overwhelming life transitions.
