I specialize in providing therapeutic support for individuals dealing with anxiety. I utilize CBT and other techniques to help clients manage symptoms of anxiety. My goal is to reduce stress and help build coping mechanisms to help regain control and empower individuals to reach their goals.

These techniques help clients to build trust and feel empowered to facilitate sustainable behavioral changes, strengthen their motivation, and improve confidence.

I work with couples to explore underlying issues, foster empathy, and build healthier relationship patterns. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for all individuals to be heard and openly work toward their goals in the relationship.
