I’m a therapist and artist with experience supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, grief, and identity exploration. My approach is collaborative, creative, and tailored to each individual or couple I work with. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and narrative techniques to help clients navigate challenges and find clarity. I am pro-labor, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, creating a space where all identities and experiences are honored and supported. I’m also passionate about climate justice, recognizing the profound connection between environmental health and individual well-being.
