About My Clients
I'm a veteran, therapist, and former corporate strategist offering virtual therapy, group integration, and consulting for leaders and teams. I specialize in trauma, burnout, identity shifts, and adult psychedelic preparation and integration. My approach blends evidence-based tools with somatic work. If you're navigating change, crisis, or growth—I offer grounded support. Let’s explore your next mission together.
My Background and Approach
I’m a retired Army veteran, associate therapist, and former corporate transformation leader with a deep understanding of how people—and systems—move through change. I support individuals, couples, families, children, and groups navigating trauma, identity shifts, burnout, and adult psychedelic preparation and integration. My clinical work blends ACT, DBT, CBT, Brainspotting, and somatic tools. I also consult with leaders and mission-driven teams on optimizing performance, enhancing emotional agility, and aligning culture with vision. With 15+ years of military leadership and experience coaching through high-pressure corporate transitions, I bring both structure and soul to my work. Whether you’re healing from the past or designing what’s next, I help you move forward with intention.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing and growth happen at all levels—from the personal to the professional, from the individual to the system. Whether I’m working with a teen navigating identity, a family in conflict, or a leadership team under pressure, my goal is to create a space for clarity, reconnection, and resilience. I don’t believe in quick fixes—I believe in meaningful transformation. My approach honors insight and structure, intuition and strategy. As a veteran and strategist, I’ve seen how misalignment—within ourselves or within a team—can create unnecessary friction. But I’ve also seen how powerful it is when people are supported, integrated, and aligned with their mission. You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support. You just need to be ready to move forward—with purpose.
