About My Clients
I work with clients who have a curiosity about self-improvement, growth, and healing. They are ambitious, culturally diverse, and have explored things like books, podcasts, breath work and other techniques to support their mental health and growth, but are wanting more consistent, tailored support.
My Background and Approach
I believe that everyone is the expert of their own story, and I believe that telling your story is healing. I strive to create a space for my clients that invites all of the complexities and nuances of your unique experiences to be heard, seen, and understood. I am trained in narrative therapy, mindfulness, DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), EFT (emotion focused therapy), and other modalities—but the bottom line is that I tailor my approach to fit your needs. I use a collaborative approach. Together, we will identify and build upon your strengths to open more doors and reach your goals, on your terms.

There are ways to change patterns and address the challenges that we experience. In session we will explore your story and create opportunities that will begin to change the way you think and feel about yourself and the world.
