About My Clients
My clients are thoughtful and careful..carrying more than others realize. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, childhood wounds, trauma, or major life transitions. Some feel stuck in patterns and situations that once helped them survive but no longer serve them. They want clarity, relief, and meaningful change—not quick fixes, but deeper understanding and steady growth.
My Background and Approach
I’m an Associate Therapist here in California offering therapy under clinical supervision. Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed on the inside while appearing “fine” on the outside. You might struggle with constant overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, relationship conflict, guilt, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’re navigating a breakup, family tension, career stress, cultural or identity concerns, or the impact of past experiences that still show up in the present. In our work, we slow things down and make sense of what feels heavy or confusing. We identify patterns, build tools that actually fit your life, and move at a pace that feels manageable. I integrate attachment-based, psychodynamic, CBT, CRM, and parts-based approaches to create therapy that feels supportive, collaborative, and grounded—not rigid or overwhelming.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
What does it mean for therapy to meet where you are? I believe therapy works best when it honors your lived experience, identity, and autonomy. I value curiosity, accountability, and compassion—both for ourselves and for others. I am committed to culturally responsive and inclusive care, and I strive to create a space where diverse identities, backgrounds, and intersecting experiences are respected and affirmed. Outside of therapy, I value lifelong learning and meaningful conversations. I believe growth is rarely linear, and that change often begins with honest reflection and small, intentional steps forward. Trust me, I also have to do my own work, my own learning, my own steps.
