About My Clients
My clients are often women, teen girls, and parents of neurodivergent children who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, burnout, or life transitions and are looking for compassionate support and practical solutions. They value a collaborative approach and want a provider who listens, understands their unique experiences, and helps them create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. My practice focuses on women, teen girls, and parents of neurodivergent children navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. I believe mental health care should be collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. My approach combines evidence-based medication management with education, practical coping strategies, and a holistic understanding of each person’s unique experiences, culture, relationships, and goals. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we work to build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and develop sustainable tools that support long-term mental wellness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Mental health care should be collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and values. I believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms, and recognize the connection between mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being. My goal is to empower clients with knowledge, practical tools, and compassionate support so they can build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful change in their lives. I welcome and affirm people from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences.
