I love working with adolescents and adults to better manage their lives, emotions, and levels of distress which result from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, past trauma, relational discord, people pleasing, and significant life challenges and transitions. You show up for people day in and day out. But now is the time to learn how to care for yourself with long-term results. You deserve to know self-love, self-compassion, and confident.
My Background and Approach
I am pre-licensed in the state of South Carolina. I believe in the importance of a holistic approach to therapy by integrating the mind, body, and spirit. I use a variety of trauma-informed therapeutic techniques in order to cultivate personal resilience and self-confidence. I have also been a certified yoga instructor since 2018. There is no one-size-fits all approach, and this is your space to speak up and explore what works best for you.
