About My Clients
Everyone experiences trauma at some time throughout their lifetime. It may be a hidden wound or a visible one. It may be one they have suppressed or devalued. Compassion and understanding are my gold standards. We all have had life experiences that alter and change our thought patterns, some small and personal and some on a global scale. Regardless of the experience, I strive to help you unlock the chains that have held you back so you can live your best life.
My Background and Approach
I am passionate about the care of those who care for others. I have extensive knowledge and experience working with trauma from natural disasters to physical/emotional/sexual abuse. I specialize in EMDR therapy for trauma, depression, anxiety and prolonged grief. I am devoted to seeing people heal and live their best lives yet. From depression and anxiety to complex PTSD and prolonged grief, I will be there by your side. The resources you will learn, will allow you to move forward in your goals and relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the right to change. What we have gone through in our lives has shaped us and molded our personality. Trauma, crisis, grief. No one expects to stumble at these. Even the most battle-hardened soldier may fall at times. However, as a veteran and a military spouse who has worked closely with all kinds of traumas, I'm here for you. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, even suicidal thoughts, there is help available. I believe everyone has a story and I enjoy walking along side those who are hurting and broken as they recover and move forward.
