About My Clients

We work best with children, teens, and adults who feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or stuck, whether at school, at home, or in relationships. Many of our clients are navigating challenges related to autism, ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, and learning differences. Our clients value a thoughtful, collaborative approach that blends compassion with clear, evidence-based guidance.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed psychologist with specialized training in child, adolescent, and adult assessment and therapy. Over the years, I’ve worked in schools, hospitals, and private practice settings, which has given me a deep understanding of how emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges show up across environments. My specialties include autism, ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral regulation, and learning differences. I also conduct comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations to help clarify diagnoses and guide effective interventions, so clients and families can finally get clear answers and a meaningful plan forward.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in dignity, inclusion, and the inherent worth of every individual. I’m passionate about creating spaces where neurodivergent individuals and their families feel understood, respected, and supported. I view therapy as a collaborative process; one that honors each person’s unique strengths, perspectives, and lived experiences. I value authenticity, curiosity, and compassion, and I work hard to help clients move away from shame and toward self-understanding and self-acceptance. My approach is affirming of neurodiversity, gender diversity, and the many ways people move through the world. I’m also deeply invested in systemic change, advocating for more inclusive schools and communities that truly meet the needs of children and families with learning, emotional, and developmental differences. Outside of my practice, I stay active in professional and community efforts to promote awareness, access, and equity in mental health and educational systems.
