About My Clients
Racing thoughts, panic attacks, self doubt, and negative thoughts can be difficult to navigate. A lack of focus, procrastination, and losing track of time can make tasks, chores, work, and school feel impossible. I help clients reduce racing thoughts and panic attacks so they can get back to living their lives without fear and worry. I also help clients improve executive functioning to increase task completion.

I work with clients through CBT and a compassionate approach that is also neurodivergent affirming.
