About My Clients
My ideal client is often the “strong one” in their family or culture—ready to prioritize their own healing. They may face anxiety, grief, cultural identity challenges, or intergenerational trauma. They seek a safe, affirming space to explore emotions, set boundaries, and reconnect with themselves. Many are BIPOC or first-gen individuals unlearning the belief that therapy isn’t for them. They want peace, coping tools, and the freedom to thrive—not just survive.
My Background and Approach
I use a culturally responsive CBT & EMDR approach to help clients manage anxiety, trauma, and life stress. I offer tools to shift negative thoughts, build resilience, and support healing. My sessions include mindfulness and body-based techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health services should be accessible to community members. I have my private practice and nonprofit that focus on meeting the community where they are. I partner with organizations and provide helpful information through psychoeducation to our community members about anxiety, grief, depression, and more. I want to see a society that thrives emotionally.
