About My Clients
I have experience working with teens and adults as well. The majority of my experience has been working with those individuals who are experiencing difficulty adjusting to a new situation, dealing with anxiety and/or depression.
My Background and Approach
I am licensed as an associate marriage and family therapist and have been practicing since 2017. I offer services in both English and Spanish. I graduated from Mount St. Mary's University, Los Angeles with a M.S. in Counseling Psychology with specialization in marriage and family therapy. I also hold an Enlaces Certification that specialized in working with the Latino population. As a therapist, I take on a person-centered and solution-focused approach to things and am here to meet you were you are at. Through sessions my aim is to help you be a better version of yourself and assist you with gaining coping skills that you can incorporate into your daily life. By working together, changes can be made, no matter how big or small, every step you take does make a difference!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves respect no matter what background you came from. I am a big believer in family unity, but also believe in the importance of being able to boundary set with others in our lives.
