My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #50911) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC #609). I am based out of Orange, California but a able to provide online therapist in CA, CO and FL. I have been providing therapeutic services since 2005 and have been licensed since 2011. I currently work at an outpatient medical office as well as have this private practice. I am an IFS Certified Therapist, EMDRIA Certified Therapist and IFS Informed EMDR Therapist specializing in trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, and therapy for therapists. I also Somatic Interventions, Coherence Therapy, Polyvagal Interventions and incorporate Mindfulness/Meditative practice.
