About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #50911) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC #609). I am based out of Orange, California. I have been providing therapeutic services since 2005 and have been licensed since 2011. I currently work at an outpatient medical office as well as have this private practice. I currently co-facilitate a DBT Skills Based Group at the outpatient office which requires a specific insurance coverage. I have also worked many years in group home settings as well as a partial hospitalization program. I provide services to adults only. I am Certified in DBT and am trained in EMDR, working towards certification through EMDRIA. I also incorporate Mindfulness/Meditative practice and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
