About My Clients
Are you overwhelmed with anxious thoughts? Do you feel sad most days and lack motivation? I'm here to listen, provide support and help you cope with your symptoms. My goal is for you to feel happier and in control of your life.
My Background and Approach
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on my client and their needs. A few of the main therapies I use are (CBT) Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered, EMDR, Mindfulness techniques and Breathwork. I've been a counselor since 2010 and have experience working in a variety of mental health settings.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in providing empathy, active listening and a non-judgmental stance for all people. I strive to educate myself and continue learning about movements, ethnicities, cultures and communities. I'm an ally of LGBTQIA+.
