About My Clients
I enjoy working with clients (Individuals, parents, children, first responders) who notice they are having big emotional reactions such as anger or sadness to regular life events. They may have experienced trauma in their childhood and it is now showing up in their daily life. I support clients as they work through their emotions to help them heal from past experiences without fear of judgment. My goal is for my clients to gain feelings of peace and hope for the future.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Brainspotting, a powerful trauma based modality. It is an opportunity to look deeper into oneself for personal healing and insight. My goal is to allow clients to feel safe and comfortable in order to heal from their past experiences and move forward. Brainspotting is a powerful tool for First Responders to work through critical incidents.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Sometimes life does not go the way we expect. There are circumstances out of our control that are unfortunate and overwhelming. I partner with clients who are ready to make a change and find healing. Mostly importantly, I offer acceptance and compassion as you navigate the various aspects of your life.
