About My Clients
I work with individuals and groups facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and co-occurring substance use concerns, including the impact of employment on mental health. I have provided therapy in prison, residential and outpatient settings, and I meet clients where they are.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with certification in Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counseling, which strengthens my work with co-occurring disorders. My approach is solution-focused and person-centered, drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I bring strong problem-solving skills and a background in forensic psychology to help clients set practical goals and build on their strengths.
