My Background and Approach
I have been trained in a variety of modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling.
