I help overwhelmed caregivers and adults in high-pressure caregiving roles work through stress, guilt, grief, anxiety, and burnout. In therapy, we focus on helping you stop carrying everything alone, understand what is draining you, set limits without feeling selfish, & make space for your own needs again. My approach is compassionate, honest, and practical. This is not just a place to vent. It is a place to untangle what feels heavy, figure out what needs to change, & help you feel more grounded in your day-to-day life. You do not have to keep disappearing just to keep everyone else afloat.
