My Background and Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I had a non-linear corporate career path. I bring these experiences of transition and alignment-seeking into my work as a therapist. I am under the supervision of Keonna Robinson, LMFT (license number 130325).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal is to hold space for you to compassionately meet all of yourself. To explore all of the parts of your internal landscape: the inner child, the harsh critic, the nurturer, the leader. To peel back past and present narratives and find what feels like a true, grounded, authentic sense of self. I believe that while trauma can be passed from one generation to another, healing and resilience can be too. You are doing important work in reaching out and I see your courage in wanting to dive deeper. I look forward to connecting with you.
