Hello! I have been practicing in the mental health field since 1992. I enjoy helping people change through understanding themselves better.

I have experience with relationship issues, depression, and anxiety as well as generational trauma. I see adults 18 years and older, of any gender or sexual orientation. I also see couples.
I have degrees from Drew University and The Pennsylvania State University. I have over 30 years of experience in outpatient counseling. I am also a cancer survivor. I am a lover of all things furred, feathered or finned.
All of us have had issues in our relationships at times. My approach is to examine from the individual's perspective what they are bringing " to the table" so they gain self awareness.
Depression and anxiety are commonly experienced emotions that may cause issues in living our lives. My perspective is to understand the history of anxiety and depression, including genetically. It is also important to understand the symptoms, level of severity and triggers.
