My Background and Approach
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing telehealth care for adults across California. I also serve as a military officer and previously worked in emergency care, so I understand high-stress environments and what it feels like to carry a lot without showing it. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based. We start with a thorough assessment, then create a plan that fits your goals and daily demands. I focus on thoughtful medication management, education, and steady follow-up so you know what we are doing and why. When helpful, I coordinate with your therapist and primary care clinician to keep your care aligned.
