About My Clients
Are you experiencing anxiety attacks, financial worries, or shortness of breath? Do you seek a faith-based approach to your mental health challenges? My practice is tailored for individuals like you who are looking for a supportive and understanding environment. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, cope with financial stress, and develop resilience. Together, we can work towards restoring your sense of calm and well-being, allowing you to lead a more fulfilling life.
My Background and Approach
Combining Christian Cognitive Behavioral Theory and the Community Resiliency Model, my approach is resiliency-informed and strength-based. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Georgia and Virginia, and a registered intern in Florida, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. My specialties include premarital and marital counseling, conflict resolution, grief counseling, and anger management. I also focus on teaching self-regulation and community regulation to help you build a supportive network. My goal is to empower you to overcome challenges and thrive in your personal and professional life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am deeply committed to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of my practice. As a volunteer and advocate, I strive to see a world without suicide and am dedicated to restoring faith in God’s voice for those who feel lost. I believe in the power of listening and creating a compassionate space where everyone’s story is valued. Through my work, I aim to help you rediscover your inner strength and resilience, enabling you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and hope. By integrating these values and approaches, I aim to provide my clients a holistic and supportive environment, fostering growth and healing in a safe and nurturing space.
