About My Clients
If you’re feeling emotionally exhausted from trying to keep everyone else happy, constantly second-guessing yourself, or struggling to say “no” without guilt—you’re not alone. My clients come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed and have lost track of what they really want because they’re so used to meeting others expectations. They describe themselves as people-pleasers, caretakers, or fixers—those who were taught to prioritize others at the expense of their own well-being.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is a space where you get to stop performing and start reclaiming your voice, your values, and boundaries. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and build new ways of relating—to yourself and to others, rooted in self-trust, honesty, authenticity and respect. My approach is warm, collaborative and unfiltered. Cursing welcome here!:) I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT&ACT to help you move from survival mode into a life that actually feels like yours. You don’t have to keep carrying it all.
