My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. Life's experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from who we were created to be, but I believe change is always possible with the right support. Counseling is more than helping people manage symptoms—it's about restoring hope, building resilience, and empowering individuals to live with greater purpose and authenticity. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, challenged, and encouraged as they navigate life's difficulties. It is a privilege to walk alongside others on their journey, helping them discover practical tools, deeper insight, and renewed confidence as they move toward lasting emotional wellness and meaningful change. I do what I do because I believe that being a strong support system for someone else plants the seed for healing and growth.
