My Background and Approach

My style is down-to-earth, honest, and compassionate. I believe healing happens when we slow down enough to listen to your mind, body, and intuition. Using a blend of trauma-informed therapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and evidence-based tools like CBT, we’ll work together to help you regulate emotions, set healthier boundaries, and build connection. Sessions with me are collaborative and personalized. I’ll meet you where you are, challenge you when needed, and celebrate your growth along the way. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more grounded, confident, and clear- with practical tools you can actually use in daily life.
