About My Clients
I love what I do. I understand you want to work with a real person who gets you and doesn't judge you. I'm here to help you find the courage you need to move past the hurt and create the change and evolution you desire. My clients are not afraid to do the work and dig deep. We have fun in session but sometimes therapy gets hard. In those moments, I am there to support you with empathy, and I help you to find solutions.
My Background and Approach
I offer therapy for adults seeking help with depression, stress, anxiety, emotional abuse and narcissistic abuse. I also help with relationship issues, divorce, affairs, break-ups, self-esteem and emotional regulation. I also do Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT) therapy for children and teens ages 6-18 who have experienced traumatic events.
