About My Clients
"That gets on my last nerve!" Have you ever felt I am dedicated to serving people with stress, anxiety and limiting beliefs. My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC) with over twenty years of successful counseling. I rely heavily on providing an empathetic, supportive therapeutic approaches that employ cognitive behavioral techniques and person-centered counseling. I also use my personal experiences to support my clinical approaches to stay relevant and culturally sensitive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I live a life focused on how cognitive behavioral approaches can help with many areas of life: stress management, anger management, health and fitness and many other aspects in my life. I definitely use techniques that I have personally found to be effective. My experience has caused me to adopt the motto of "Pressure makes Diamonds; Irritation makes Pearls."
