My clients are ready to work. They feel like they will never be able to get over what has happened in the past, or they are very overwhelmed by the demands of today. However, they are willing to work hard to find freedom and new levels of joy. That's where I come in. Let's solve this together.
My Background and Approach
I use a comprehensive, client-centered approach to build teamwork and safety with my clients. I utilize EMDR to unstick trauma and pain from the past, allowing clients to find new levels of freedom previously unimagined. I am trained to provide Christian faith-based counseling when desired by my clients, though I am able and comfortable working with clients of all faiths.
