About My Clients

If life stress, major transitions, identity questions, disability issues, past trauma, or relationship struggles are a focus of your life right now, therapy can help you find the balance you desire in your life. I work with you to find the right approach that fits your lifestyle and goals and empowers you to live authentically.

My Background and Approach

Whether you are in a major life transition or struggling with identity issues, past trauma, or emotional upheaval, therapy can be useful in clarifying your goals and shaping your future. You are the author of your story and you have the ultimate say in what you want and how you want to achieve it. My practice is primarily Narrative therapy based, though I use an eclectic approach. I specialize in the use of expressive arts, holistic, and mindfulness practices. My focus is on affirming your identity, your goals, and your story. I also provide gender affirmation surgery letter assessments.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m queer (LGBTQQIA2+) friendly, and provide a non-judgemental space to explore non-traditional sexuality and identity. I specialize in LGBTQQIA2+ issues, Trauma Recovery, and Living with Disabilities.
