About My Clients

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, big emotions, or changes happening in your life? Maybe you’re navigating a transition and finding it difficult to feel grounded, regulated, or like yourself again. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what you’re experiencing without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.

My Background and Approach

I’m a graduate student therapist in my final semester of clinical training, providing therapy under supervision from Elizabeth McCoy, LPC-S. Through my clinical training and experience, I’ve developed a passion for supporting individuals navigating anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. I am an advocate for people experiencing homelessness and trauma-informed care. My approach is client-centered, warm, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I meet you where you are and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you better understand your emotions, feel more grounded, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Above all, I want you to feel supported and empowered as you move through whatever season of life you’re in.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m passionate about supporting people through compassionate, culturally responsive care and creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. During my internship at The Covenant House, I developed a deeper passion for supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and learning more about the challenges that can impact people’s mental health and well-being. I’m a proud member of HCA, TCA, and ACA, and I’m especially passionate about mental health awareness and creating space for meaningful conversations around mental health within the Black community. I believe that open, honest conversations can help reduce stigma and make it easier for people to seek support\. I strive to lead with empathy, respect, and cultural awareness while continuing to learn and grow alongside the communities I serve\.
