With a diverse skill set in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I strive to provide a holistic and inclusive therapeutic experience tailored to each client's unique needs.
