About My Clients
I specialize in treating trauma, emotional suffering, and psychological stress. My experience ranges from generalized anxiety, PTSD (sexual trauma, domestic violence, attachment trauma), major depression, gender, self-harm, substance use & disassociated disorders. I utilize an anti-oppressive framework. I affirm all binary & non-binary individuals, genders, races, ethnicities, spiritual orientations, sexualities, and intimate relationship frameworks.
My Background and Approach
I am a practiced EMDR therapist and use this treatment to successfully treat single-incident trauma, complex trauma, phobias, and anxiety producing/distressing future events. I help you address somatic issues, attachment injuries, past pain experienced in relationships, and addiction. I incorporate techniques found in behavioral and mindfulness, CBT, IFC, somatic, recovery-oriented, and harm reduction therapies to support your healing. I offer in-home, EMDR intensives (4+ hours), and telehealth services. I look forward to helping you start your journey.
